What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in new, sellable condition with original tags. Footwear must be returned in its original box without signs of outdoor wear.

Can I wash my GORUCK rucksack in a washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing. For best results, hose it down, use a mild soap with a soft scrub brush, and let it air dry away from direct sunlight.
